US domestic orders ship with USPS or UPS while all international orders will ship through your choice of USPS, DHL, or UPS. Our processing time is 1-3 business days in addition to the carriers. Once the package is out of our hands, USPS or UPS tracking is the only information we have access to about your package's whereabouts and delivery timeline.
If your package is marked "delivered" but you still haven't received it, your local post office or UPS will be able to provide details of the delivery. We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages marked "delivered" "in transit" or "arriving late". We do not replace or refund items that are damaged during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to file their own missing, stolen, or damaged item claims with the shipping carrier. All packages shipped within the United States are insured up to $100, international shipments posted with UPS or FedEx are also insured up to $100, USPS first class is not insured, however additional insurance is available upon request.

Taxes/Duties and Custom fees
Your order does not include customs taxes and duties. Your order can be withheld in customs for processing which is mandatory with certain customs regulatory bodies. These delays are not the responsibility of NEDDG.
If there are taxes or duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made, please know these charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed by NEDDG
If you do not pay your customs fees, or choose to deny the package, your order may be destroyed and or abandoned and we are unable to provide a reimbursement for your order. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the relevant customs office to find out if you are affected by these charges.
